When Lebara Mobile decided to expand their range of products to include the sale of handsets and additional data plans they took the opportunity to refresh the visual design of their website whilst introducing the new user flows.
Working alongside the senior designer at GGMR I was responsible for creating the visuals from existing wireframes for user flows including purchasing handsets, ordering sim cards and purchasing credit.
The introduction of variables such as data packages and promotional offers which could be bundled with handset purchases, introduced a new level of complexity to the user journey and really emphasised the need for clear presentation. We established a visual style that had clarity at it’s core whilst accommodating the promotional graphics used across the business digitally and in print.
As we were working collaboratively with UX designers based in various Lebara offices, a workflow that allowed us to collate and respond to feedback promptly was especially important. We used Invision to build interactive prototypes of user flows and to enable issues to be identified and addressed promptly.
